Our company offers a turnkey service to owners. We manage the entire short term or vacation rental process from start to finish. We stage and decorate, research the best pricing, coordinate reservations, communicate with guests, set up cleanings, check on the home prior to arrival and after departure, replenish supplies, manage reviews and accommodate any and all needs of the guests.
We are 5 start hosts and have properties all over the Berkshires. Our job is to make your rental property stand out, attract more guests and make you more money!

The most cosy, thoughtful, and conscientious airbnb experience we’ve had. All questions promptly addressed. What a great location for nature, art, and local history.
We were delighted with our stay in this lovely cottage by the lake. This was a November trip, so we weren’t there for the lake itself. Rather, we wanted easy access to Berkshire hiking trails and this location fit the bill. We’ve stayed in many houses over the years, and Shana’s (is) among the cleanest. The space is very nicely appointed and was the perfect perch from which to launch our forays into the mountains. We hiked all day, played Scrabble at night, and enjoyed the lovely complimentary bottle of wine and cookies that Shana left for us. Perhaps most important to us, however, was the way that Shana stayed in touch and showed great sensitivity when a last minute family crisis led us to think we might have to cancel or postpone our trip. In the end, everything worked out for the best but her willingness to work with us was deeply appreciated. We recommend her and her place wholeheartedly!
Very comfortable, modern and stylish home in an excellent location convenient to Berkshire attractions. The home was clean and many thoughtful touches were appreciated.
Everything about this place was perfect for my mini holiday with a friend…comfortable beds, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, a great (and quiet) location, plenty of information available about the local area, and quick responses from Shana! 10/10 recommend staying here!
My family of four all agree that this is one of the nicest house rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Sparkling clean, impeccable style, comfy beds, well stocked and great location – quiet but also accessible to many trails, wineries and breweries- and of course the view! Hard to tear ourselves away. There are many places to explore nearby and plenty of restaurants in nearby Pittsfield. Welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Great communication with Shana. We will definitely return.
